TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner's counsel's "Emergency Letter on Docket" filed on June 3, 2026. (ECF No. 4 ("Emergency Letter").) On June 2, 2026, Chief Judge Bumb entered a Text Order stating that "Respondents are hereby enjoined from transferring Petitioner from New Jersey pending further Order of the Court." (ECF No. 3 .) According to the Emergency Letter, "our office just received an email notification from the ERO system notifying us that Petitioner is being transferred," and ERO has not responded to counsel's communications. (Emergency Letter at 1 .) Counsel attaches to the Emergency Letter an "ERO efile Notification" dated June 3, 2026 at 11:06 a.m. indicating Petitioner's transfer to Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Pennsylvania. (ECF No. 4 -1 at 1; see also ECF No. 2 at 1-2 (requesting, in a letter docketed before the entry of Chief Judge Bumb's Text Order, the entry of an order enjoining Petitioner's transfer to another jurisdiction on the grounds that counsel was just informed by Petitioner's family members that officials at the Elizabeth Detention Center are in the process of transferring Petitioner out of the facility). A search of the ICE Online Detainee Locator System performed at 12:55 p.m. on June 3, 2026 indicates that Petitioner is currently detained at the Moshannon Valley ICE Processing Center in Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of entry of this Text Order, Respondents shall file a response stating Petitioner's current location and, if Petitioner has been transferred from New Jersey, providing a timeline and explanation for this transfer.
