ORDER denying 3 Motion for TRO Petitioner filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order seeking an individual bond hearing, or his immediate release, and asking to enjoin his transfer from this District during the pendency of his Habeas proceedings. His motion does not seek to maintain the status quo, but seeks the same affirmative relief sought by his Habeas petition. This is not an appropriate use of a TRO. Moreover, issues relating to a bond hearing and other matters will be addressed promptly pursuant to a case management order that will issue forthwith.
