The United States is directed to release Petitioner Ever Gonzales Mateo from custody IMMEDIATELY and to certify comp liance with the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order by filing on the docket no later than 9:00 AM CT on December 8, 2025. During the pending removal proceeding, a neutral immigration judge will determine whether Mateo will be detained pending the resolution of that proceeding.
