(TEXT-ONLY) ORDER by the District Judge Scott W Skavdahl denying 19 Motion to Strike Petitioner's MOTION to Reconsider 16 re 15 Order. While not a dispositive motion, the Motion to Reconsider seeks reconsideration of a dispositive order, thus it is not clearly in violation of Local Rule 7.1(b). In the future, a better practice would be to seek permission from the Court in advance. Nonetheless, the Court will not strike the Motion. As to the Motion being "unnecessarily verbose and duplicative", if such was the standard it would result in many motions being stricken. Unfortunately, "unnecessarily verbose and duplicative" alone is not a basis to strike the Motion to Reconsider.
