MINUTE ORDER (Text Entry Only) The Court has reviewed the Petition filed under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Doc. 1) and the related request for emergency injunctive relief (Doc. 2). Petitioner (A File #: 221-492-784) seeks, in essence, to enforce the Court's prior order in his original petition (Case # 2:26-cv-849, Doc. 8) Thus, the Court construes the current petition as a motion to enforce the Court's order. Petitioner admits that he received a bond hearing, but he asserts that the immigration judge failed to follow the Court's order and did not make findings by clear and convincing evidence. He has appealed the IJ's order to the BIA, and this appeal remains pending. The Court has jurisdiction to ensure that its orders are followed, but it lacks jurisdiction to review bond determination hearings otherwise. Notably, Petitioner fails to attach the IJ's order to his petition. Thus, Petitioner has not demonstrated that he is likely to prevail on the merits. The motion for TRO (Doc. 2) is DENIED.The Clerk of Court is directed to file petition in this action in the closed action Case # 2:26-cv-849 and to give notice to counsel appearing in that action. Within 14 days, Respondents SHALL file a response to the petition, which is construed as a motion to enforce the Court's order.
