NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER. The Clerk is directed to change the caption of this case to reflect that the only proper petitioner is Gabriel Elias Lobo Quintero, who is proceeding pro se. Marisa Luisa Quintero Neilson will be removed as a party to the case. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to Neilson. But she will not receive any further notice of the proceedings here. However, the case cannot proceed without any suggestion of interest from Quintero. If Petitioner Quintero wishes to pursue these habeas claims, he must file an amended petition within 30 days. The Clerk is also directed to mail Petitioner Quintero a copy of the original petition filed here, Dkt. No. 1, the Court's notice and instruction to prisoner pro se parties, and a blank Section 2241 form marked, amended and stamped with this cause number. Additionally, because Neilson lacks standing to seek relief on behalf of Quintero, the Court denies the motions for stay of removal and to prevent transfer without prejudice to Quintero's right to seek relief in his own name. Dkt. Nos. 4, 5 . The Clerk is directed to change the caption to reflect that the Warden of the Bluebonnet Detention Center is the only proper respondent.
