TEXT ORDER: In filing his reply brief in this matter through the Court's ADS system, Petitioner filed a pro se consent to receive notices through the following email address: ANTHONY_AESERVICESGROUP@OUTLOOK.COM. This email address does not appear to belong to Petitioner himself. Instead, the email address appears to belong to an individual at an immigration services organization who neither entered an appearance on Petitioner's behalf nor identified himself as Petitioner's attorney or next friend. Based on the formatting of Petitioner's prior filings and his current reply, it appears that this same individual was also responsible for filing Petitioner's previous documents in this matter. Because no attorney has entered an appearance, it appears that this organization filing on Petitioner's behalf may be improperly acting as a representative for Petitioner and, in effect, engaging in the unlicensed practice of law. The Court, therefore, finds good cause to require Petitioner to clarify in writing within 10 days: (1) what his relationship is to this organization; (2) what function the organization serves in this matter; and (3) whether the organization is acting as his legal representatives in this matter. Failure to provide a satisfactory response to this Order may result in sanctions up to and including the dismissal of this matter without prejudice. So Ordered by Judge Michael A. Shipp on 6/30/2026.
