ORDER. By Order dated 6/5/2026, the Court granted the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and ordered Petitioner be immediately released from custody. (Doc. 5). The Court further ordered Respondents to file a Notice of Compliance within two (2) business days of Petitioner's release. (Id.) To date, no notice of compliance has been filed. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, by no later than 3:00 p.m. on 10/13/2026, Respondents shall file the Notice of Compliance. If counsel for the government is not able to confirm Petitioner was released, counsel for the government shall file a notice detailing counsels efforts to ensure compliance with the Courts June 5, 2026, Order, including (i) when and to whom counsel conveyed the Courts order and (ii) counsels subsequent attempts to confirm compliance with the Courts order.
