STAY OF REMOVAL AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Parties must carefully read the full contents of the attached Order to Show Cause and comply with all directives. As set forth in the attached Order:1. Freismuth appeared on behalf of Respondents. The proceedings were translated to Mr. Andradez Materan by Spanish interpreter Nicolas Penchaszadeh. Court reporter ToniAnn Lucatorto was also present. The Court heard argument from the parties regarding Mr. Andradez Materan's petition. For the reasons set forth on the record, the Court shall hold an evidentiary hearing on June 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Respondents shall produce Mr. Andradez Materan for an in-person appearance at the hearing. Respondents must additionally produce the following ICE officers to testify at the hearing:(1) ICE Detention and Deportation Officer Demetrios Costakis,(2) ICE Detention and Deportation Officer John C.
