MINUTE ORDER (1) Granting Petition, and (2) Denying as Moot Petitioner's Motions. Because Respondents are "unable to ascertain sufficient facts at this time to establish that there is a significant likelihood of [Petitioner's] removal in the reasonably foreseeable future" under Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678 (2001), Respondents "acknowledge that Petitioner is entitled to be released from custody subject to conditions of supervision." (See ECF No. 6 at 2.) The Court therefore GRANTS the 1 Petition and ORDERS Respondents to release Petitioner from custody on conditions ICE deems appropriate pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1231(a)(3) and 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(h)(1). Accordingly, the Court DENIES AS MOOT Petitioner's 2 Request for Appointment of Counsel and 3 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Injunctive Relief. Because Petitioner is pro se, Respondents SHALL SERVE Petitioner with a copy of this Order. (All non-registered users served via U.S. Mail Service) (no document attached) (sxd) (Entered: 06/04/2026)
