District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Before the Court is Petitioner Angel Salvador Ruiz Sencion's Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. [Dkt. 1]. Petitioner alleges that he is subject to discretionary detention because he entered the United States lawfully under the Visa Waiver Program. On 6/2/26, Respondents filed an answer to the Petition in which they argue that Petitioner is subject to mandatory detention and informed the Court of their intention to transfer Petitioner from the District of Massachusetts to effectuate Petitioner’s final order of removal. [Dkt. 9]. Petitioner shall submit a reply to Respondents' answer on or before 6/8/26. Respondents shall not remove Petitioner from Massachusetts until the Court addresses the merits of the Petition.
