ORDER: Before the Court is Respondent's 16 Motion to Vacate this Court's Order 5 directing Respondents not to remove Petitioner from the District of Colorado or the United States. In their Motion, Respondents indicate that "Vietnam issued the requisite travel documents for Petitioner's removal to Vietnam, and that Respondents intend to transport and remove Petitioner to Vietnam this month via charter flights." Dkt. 16, p.3.Respondents' Motion is GRANTED and the Court's Order prohibiting Petitioner's removal from the District of Colorado or the United States is VACATED. The Order is vacated only to the extent that it relates to Petitioner's removal to Vietnam. Respondents are therefore prohibited from transferring Petitioner to another district unless the purpose of the transfer is to effectuate his ultimate removal to Vietnam.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents SHALL FILE a Status Report by no later than August 3, 2026, informing this Court on whether Petitioner was removed to Vietnam. The Court reserves ruling on Petitioner's 1 Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus until review of the Status Report.SO ORDERED by Judge S.
