ORDER signed by District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 6/8/2026 GRANTING Petitioner's 1 petition for writ of habeas corpus and 3 motion for a temporary restraining order. Within 14 days, Respondents are ORDERED to provide Petitioner Milton Anibal Perez Sierra (A-209-303-758) a bond hearing before an immigration judge at which the government shall bear the burden of proving, by clear and convincing evidence, that Petitioner is either a flight risk or risk to community safety such t hat Petitioner's continued immigration detention is justified. If Respondents fail to provide Petitioner a bond hearing within 14 days, Petitioner shall be immediately released from Respondents' custody on the same terms as Petitioner 9;s previous release. Petitioner's pending 2 motion to proceed ifp and 4 motion for appointment of counsel are DENIED as having been rendered moot by this order. The Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this order on the Central Valley Annex Detention Facility and enter judgment for Petitioner and close this case. CASE CLOSED.
