ORDER DISMISSING CASE - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Fabricio-Valdez's 1 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition is GRANTED. The Government SHALL either shall release Fabricio-Valdez on his own recognizance pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a), or provide Fabricio-Valdez with an individualized bond hearing at which he may present evidence on or before Monday, 6/22/2026.
