Judge Brian E. Murphy: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered GRANTING the petition in part. Respondents assert that “Petitioner is... a Guerrero Orellana class member.” Dkt. 5 at 1 (footnote omitted). Accordingly, Petitioner is “subject to detention under 8 U.S.C. [s.] 1226(a).” Guerrero Orellana v. Moniz, 2025 WL 3687757, at *10 (D. Mass. Dec. 19, 2025); see also Dkt. 5 -1 at 5 (Warrant for Arrest of Alien pursuant to section 1226). For the reasons stated in Guerrero Orellana, Petitioner is entitled to a bond hearing, and this Petition is GRANTED in part.
