REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. The undersigned recommends that the Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Docs. 1, 4) be GRANTED in PART to the extent it requests habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. The undersigned reco mmends that the Court order Respondents to provide Petitioner an individualized bond hearing within seven days or else to release her.
