MEMORANDUM ORDER. It is ORDERED that Petitioner's § 2241 Petition is GRANTED in part. Respondent is ORDERED to provide Petitioner with a Standard § 1226(a) bond hearing before an Immigration Judge within fourteen (14) days of the issu ance of this Order. Respondent is further ORDERED to file a status report with this Court within three (3) days of the bond hearing, stating whether Petitioner has been granted bond, and, if his request for bond was denied, the case-specific reasons given by the Immigration Judge for that denial. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter partial judgment in Petitioner's favor pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58, forward copies of this Memorandum Order to Petitioner and to counsel for Respondent, and to administratively close this case.
