Petitioner's 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Petitioner's Emergency 2 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction is DENIED as moot. The Court ORDERS Respondents to provide Petitioner a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) by 1/6/2026.
