Respondents shall answer or otherwise respond to the petition no later than 5 p.m. on November 20, 2025. The Court schedules oral argument on the habeas petition for November 24, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in Courtroom 4C before Judge Jinsook Ohta.The Court ORDERS Petitioner to serve Respondents with the habeas petition [Dkt. 1] by 5:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025, and file proofs of service.
