FINDINGS and RECOMMENDATIONS (Text Only): A review of the record in this matter and in 1:26-cv-1464 JLT FJS reveals that Petitioner seeks the same relief in both actions; release from Immigraiton and Customs Enforcement Custody. Since there does not appear to be good cause for Petitioner to proceed in both actions, THE COURT HEREBY RECOMMENDS that this later-filed action BE DISMISSED. These Findings and Recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within 14 (fourteen) days after being served with these Findings and Recommendations, either party may file written objections with the court. The document should be captioned "Objections to Magistrate Judge's Findings and Recommendations." Any response to the objections shall be filed and served within 14 (fourteen) days after service of the objections. Petitioner is advised that failure to file objections within the specified time may waive the right to appeal the District Court's order. Martinez v. Ylst, 951 F.2d 1153 (9th Cir. 1991). Petitioner A No. 290 159 856. (Deputy Clerk LMK) (Entered: 06/25/2026)
