TEXT ORDER - The court is in receipt of Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1) and Motion for Order to Show Cause. ECF No. 3. The Court is also in receipt of Respondents' letter indicating that Petitioner was not in this Court's jurisdiction at the time of filing his petition (ECF No. 5), thereby depriving the Court of jurisdiction over this matter.
