ORDER signed by District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 5/29/2026 GRANTING 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and GRANTING 2 Motion for TRO. Respondent's are ORDERED to IMMEDIATELY RELEASE Aldo Omar Garcia Moran 240-174-361 from custody. Resp ondents are DIRECTED not impose any additional restrictions on petitioner, such as electronic monitoring, unless that is determined to be necessary at a future pre-deprivation/custody hearing. If the government seeks to re-detain Petitioner, they sha ll provide petitioner with a bond hearing pursuant to 8 C.F.R. 1236.1(c)(8) at which Petitioner shall bear the burden of showing that he is not a flight risk or a risk to community safety.
