ORDER: The ICE Field Office Director and ICE Director are dismissed. The Clerk of Court must substitute Luis Rosa, Jr., for the Warden of the San Luis Regional Detention Center, Markwayne Mullin for the DHS Director, and Todd Blanche for the Attorney General.
