ORDER: The ICE Field Office Director and ICE Director are dismissed. The Clerk of Court must substitute Luis Rosa, Jr., for the Warden of the San Luis Regional Detention Center, Markwayne Mullin for the DHS Director, and Todd Blanche for the Attorney General. The Clerk of Court must serve a copy of the Summons, the Petition (Doc. 1) and this Order on the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, the United States Attorney General and to Respondent(s) by certified mail. The Clerk of Court shall immediately transmit by email a copy of this Order and the Petition to the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, to the attention of Melissa Kroeger, Lon Leavitt, Theo Nickerson, Dina Anagnopoulos, and Mary Finlon.
