ORDER denying 2 Motion for TRO; denying 2 Motion for Preliminary Injunction Petitioner seeks a TRO and Preliminary Injunction enjoining his transfer from this District pending the review and disposition of his habeas corpus petition. The Court is compelled to deny Petitioner's Motion because the Court lacks the jurisdiction to enjoin his transfer. It is well established that he place of an alien's detention is left to the discretion of the Attorney General and courts lack jurisdiction to enjoin a detainee's transfer. See Calla-Collado v.
