ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE and ENJOINING TRANSFER by District Judge Matthew L. Garcia: By 12 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2026, the USAO must ANSWER the Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order 1 and show cause why the Court should not grant the requested relief.
