Petitioner shall promptly file proof of such service on the docket, and counsel for Respondents shall promptly enter their notices of appearance. Petitioner shall file a reply on or before June 2, 2026. ORDER. Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Reconsideration or Clarification of Remedy 13 is GRANTED in part. The portion of this Court's Order at 12 ordering a bond hearing is amended as follows: Respondents shall provide Petitioner a bond-revocation hearing no later than July 7, 2026. At the bond-revocation hearing, the Respondents will bear the burden of proving, by clear and convincing evidence, that materially changed circumstances arising after the July 28, 2025, bond order justify revocation of the prior release order. On or before July 9, 2026, Respondents shall file a status report concerning (1) the results of any bond-revocation hearing that was conducted or, if no hearing was held, advise the Court of the date Petitioner was released from custody, and (2) whether any additional proceedings in this matter are required.
