ORDER. Before the Court is 1 Petitioner's Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. It is ORDERED that Petitioner shall SERVE Respondents with a copy of the 1 Petition, and accompanying documents, and 3 Magistrate Judge Consent Form, along with a copy of this Order, by email and overnight mail, on or before May 22, 2026. Petitioner shall promptly file proof of such service on the docket, and counsel for Respondents shall promptly enter their notices of appearance. It is ORDERED that Respondents shall show cause why the 1 Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus should not be granted on or before May 28, 2026. Petitioner shall file a reply on or before June 2, 2026. ORDER. Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Reconsideration or Clarification of Remedy 13 is GRANTED in part. The portion of this Court's Order at 12 ordering a bond hearing is amended as follows: Respondents shall provide Petitioner a bond-revocation hearing no later than July 7, 2026. At the bond-revocation hearing, the Respondents will bear the burden of proving, by clear and convincing evidence, that materially changed circumstances arising after the July 28, 2025, bond order justify revocation of the prior release order.
