ORDER: (1) The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of Singhs Petition 1, all relevant attachments to the Petition (Docs. # 1-11-5), and this Order by electronic mail to the United States Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky. (2) The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of Singhs Petition 1, all relevant attachments to the Petition (Doc. # 1-11-5), and this Order by certified mail to Campbell County Jailer James Daley. (3) Within seven (7) days of the date of this Order, Respondents shall considerthe impact of the Lopez-Campos decision on the present matter and, if the present matter must be resolved in Petitioners favor under Lopez-Campos, Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner or, in the alternative provide Petitioner with a bond hearing. (4) Within ten (10) days of the date of this Order, Respondents shall file a Status Report. (5) If Lopez-Campos does not resolve the issues raised in the Petition 1 in Petitioners favor, Respondents shall file their response to the Petition within fourteen (14) days after the date of entry of this Order. (6) Singh shall file a reply in further support of his Petition within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of this Order.
