ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Petitioner's Motion to Appoint Counsel 2 is denied. Respondent Cantu is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court must substitute David J. Venturella for Respondent Todd M. Lyons and Todd Blanche for Respondent Pamela Bondi. Grounds Three and Four of the Petition are dismissed without prejudice.
