ENDORSED ORDER GRANTING IN PART 2 Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. For the reasons stated in Guaiquire v. Quinones, No. 6:26-cv-169 (Doc. 4), Respondents are TEMPORARILY RESTRAINED AND ENJOINED from moving Petitioner out of the detention facility in which she is being held until further order of the Court. See also Hernandez Alvarez v. Warden, Fed. Det. Ctr. Mia., No. 25-14065, 2026 WL 1243395 (11th Cir. May 6, 2026) (mandate withheld). This TRO is limited to preserving the status quo. The remainder of the Petition and motion are under consideration. No bond is required as the Court deems it unnecessary.
