Brennan on 11/24/2025 GRANTING Petitioner's 2 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and ORDERING Respondents to immediately release Petitioner from custody. Respondents may not re-detain Petitioner without a pre-deprivation bond hearing before a neutral decisionmaker pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1226(a) and its implementing regulations, with no less thanseven days' notice to petitioner prior to the hearing. The Court's 10 Order remains in effect, prohibiting Respondents from transferring Petitioner to another detention center outside of this judicial district, pending further order of the court. Respondents are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE before this Court why a preliminary injunction should not issue pending a final disposition of this matter. ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Edmund F. Brennan on 2/17/2026 GRANTING 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The parties shall file a joint status report within 7 days of the date of this order confirming that petitioner has been released from c ustody.
