ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Edmund F. Brennan on 11/24/2025 GRANTING Petitioner's 2 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and ORDERING Respondents to immediately release Petitioner from custody. Respondents may not re-detain Petitioner without a pre-deprivation bond hearing before a neutral decisionmaker pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1226(a) and its implementing regulations, with no less thanseven days' notice to petitioner prior to the hearing.
