MINUTE ORDER. This matter is before the Court on Petitioner's various Affidavits/Returns of Service of Order to Show Cause [#6], [#7], [#8], [#9], [#10], and [#11] (the "Affidavits of Service"). The Court notes that the Affidavits of Service were each filed over five days ago, suggesting that Respondents' Response to the Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus [#1] is now overdue. However, the Court also notes that the Affidavit of Service [#6] reflects an entirely different case number - 1:26-cv-01971-KAS - and petitioner name - Baldan Bazarov - than those in the present action. Moreover, Petitioner's other Affidavits of Service do not contain any identifying information that might confirm that they have been filed in the correct action. Accordingly, by no later than June 17, 2026, the Court directs Petitioner to either (1) properly effectuate service on Respondents and update the Court's docket accordingly or (2) provide proof of service clearly reflecting that service has already been properly effectuated in this matter. Entered by Magistrate Judge Kathryn A. Starnella on 6/10/2026. (kaslc9, ) (Entered: 06/10/2026)
