MINUTE ORDER. The Court finds that Petitioner is currently confined at the San Luis Regional Detention Facility, which is located within the District of Arizona. The Court therefore finds that it lacks jurisdiction to consider Petitioner's habeas petition because the Southern District of California is not within Petitioners district of confinement.
