ENDORSED ORDER re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Text of Order: The petitioner challenges his detention by the Department of Homeland Security. He seeks relief under the Due Process Clause and claims to be part of the classes certified in Guerrero Orellana v. Moniz, No. 25-CV-12664-PBS, 2025 WL 3687757 (D. Mass. Dec. 19, 2025) and Maldonado Bautista v. Santacruz, 2025 WL 3288403 (C.D. Cal. Nov. 25, 2025). The petition does not contain sufficient factual information to allow the court to conclude that the petitioner is a member of the Maldonado Bautista or Guerrero Orellana class, or to understand what other due process measures apply to his case. Within three days of this order, the petitioner is ordered to supplement his petition with details regarding his criminal history, including the "five criminal charges pending" against him. See Pet. (doc. no. 1) at 2. So Ordered by Judge Joseph N. Laplante. (ko) Modified on 5/15/2026 : No document to be attached (ko). (Entered: 05/15/2026)
