ORDER granting in part and denying in part 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the petition for a writ of habeas corpus, Dkt. No. 1 , and orders as follows: (1) Respondents shall release Cruz-Ac evedo from custody within 24 hours under terms consistent with Section 1226(a); (2) The parties shall file a Joint Status Report by 6/8/2026, confirming that Cruz-Acevedo has been released; (3) Any fee petition should be filed within the deadlines set by the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412.
