ORDER GRANTING 13 Unopposed Motion to Modify the Courts 11 Order. On 6/4/2026, the Court 11 Ordered that Petitioner receive a bond hearing within 7 days. Now, in the 13 Motion, Petitioner seeks a modification of the 11 Order to allow the bond hearing to occur on a date between 6/15/2026 and 6/22/2026, averring that such modification is necessary to allow for Petitioners immigration counsel to appear at the bond hearing. Petitioner further avers that Respondents do not oppose the 13 Motion. The Court finds that good cause exists to modify the 11 Order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioners 13 Motion is GRANTED and the Courts 11 Order is AMENDED, as follows: Petitioner shall receive a bond hearing conducted by an immigration judge, where the government shall bear the burden to justify Petitioners detention by clear and convincing evidence, on a date between 6/15/2026 and 6/22/2026.
