IT IS ORDERED that the Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada is appointed to represent Petitioner and is directed to file a notice of appearance (or indicate its inability to represent Petitioner) within 3 days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's counsel must file an Amended Petition (or indicate that an amended petition is unnecessary) within 14 days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is kindly directed to: 1. SEAL the 1 -1 Petition and 1 -2 Class Action Notice due to the personal-data identifiers and/or sensitive information contained therein. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a); see also LR IC 6-1(b). 2. FILE a redacted copy of the Petition and Class Action Notice on the docket. 3. ADD the United States Attorneys' Office for the District of Nevada to the docket as an Interested Party.
