ELECTRONIC DEFICIENCY SHOW CAUSE ORDER: On June 2, 2025, the Court ordered Petitioner to pay the filing fee of $5.00, or, if he is unable to pay, to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis together with a certified statement of his inmate trust account. Dkt. No. 6 . Petitioner submitted his application to proceed in forma pauperis, but he did not submit a certified statement of his inmate trust account. Thus, he has failed to comply with the Court's order. The Court therefore orders that Petitioner must, no later than July 8, 2025, (14 days), pay the filing fee of $5.00, file a certified statement of his inmate trust account, or show cause why his petition should not be dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) because of his failure to comply with the Court's order. Petitioner's failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).It is Petitioner's responsibility to obtain a certificate of his inmate trust account from the appropriate official at his prison unit.
