Petitioner does not clearly maintain that she is in the United States legally; nor, as far as the Court has been able to ascertain, does she ever state that she is not the person identified by Respondents as being the subject of the previous removal order. She simply suggests that Respondents have not produced enough evidence to prove it. Most importantly, however, Petitioner has not explained why she cannot obtain adequate relief through the administrative system established by Congress with ultimate recourse to the Circuit Court of Appeals, a system that does not permit district court jurisdiction over such matters.
