TEXT ORDER : This matter is before the Court on Petitioner's motion to amend/correct, (D.E. No. 9 ("Motion to Amend/Correct"), and motion for order to show cause pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243, (D.E. No. 10 ("Motion for OTSC")). The Motion for OTSC, (D.E. No. 10 ), is DENIED. See Schumaker v. Knight, No. 23-20834, 2024 WL 866347, at *1 (D.N.J. Feb. 29, 2024) (stating that Rule 4 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases applicable to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 cases through Rule 1(b), "provides the Court an alternative procedure, one that takes priority over the requirements of 28 U.S.C. § 2243").
