Judge Myong J. Joun: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. On May 28, 2026, Petitioner filed a motion to enforce the habeas order in this case. Doc. No. 9 . Petitioner argued that the bond hearing provided following this Courts initial grant of habeas relief, see Doc. No. 7, failed to meet constitutional and statutory standards. After review of the record before me, including the evidence considered by the Immigration Judge, I disagree. Accordingly, the motion to enforce, Doc. No. 9, is DENIED. (SP) (Entered: 06/05/2026)
