ORDER. The Court has reviewed the parties' pleadings, relevant records, and applicable law. For the reasons stated in Respondent's response, the Court concludes that Sekazuba fails to demonstrate that his detention is unlawful and, in tum, fails to demonstrate that he is entitled to relief. Additionally, it appears that Sekazuba's petition has become moot. After conducting a search on the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)'s online detainee locator system, the Court confirms and takes judicial notice of the fact that, as oftoday, Sekazuba is no longer in ICE custody.
