TEXT ORDER. Counsel shall appear for a status conference on 5/13/2026, at 9:30 AM, in Chautauqua Courtroom, 8th Floor East, 2 Niagara Square, Buffalo, NY before Hon. John L. Sinatra, Jr. They shall be prepared to address the difference between Exhibit D to the petition, which states that bond was denied because the IJ lacked jurisdiction due to Petitioner being encountered upon entry without inspection, and the Government's status update in another case, which stated that it understood all aliens were being provided with bond hearings regardless of whether they were apprehended during or shortly after entry.
