ORDER: By Order dated 5/8/2026, the Court granted the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, and ordered that Petitioner be provided a bond redetermination hearing within ten days or be released from custody under previous conditions. (Doc. 4 .) The Court further ordered that Respondents file a notice of compliance within three days of releasing Petitioner or providing Petitioner with a bond hearing. (Id.) To date, no notice of compliance has been filed. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that by no later than Friday, 6/5/2026, Respondents shall file the Notice of Compliance.
