ELECTRONIC Order: Jesli Gabriel Badillo Rojas, an ICE detainee at the Bluebonnet Detention Facility in Jones County, Texas, filed a habeas petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, challenging his immigration detention. ECF No. 1. Because Petitioner is confined in Jones County, which is within the Abilene Division of the Northern District of Texas, venue is more appropriate in the Abilene Division.
