ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner Carrillo Fernandez's 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is GRANTED. Respondents are ORDERED to release Petitioner from custody by 7:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025. Petitioner shall be sub ject to the bond and other conditions imposed by the IJ.
