ORDER granting 6 Motion for TRO. 1. Petitioner Bernardo Gabriel B.M.'s Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Dkt. 6) is GRANTED; 2. Respondents are preliminarily ENJOINED from detaining Petitioner in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1182(d)(5)(A) and 8 C.F.R. § 212.5(e)(2)(i) and must immediately release Petitioner from custody; 3. Respondents must file an update on Petitioner's release no later than 24 hours from the time of this Order; and 4.
