DOCKET TEXT ORDER re 10 Notice (Other) filed by Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Secretary of U.S. Department of Homeland Security, ICE Field Office Director.Based on the government's 10 Notice, it appears Mr. Madrid was transferred to and is currently being detained at the Florence Service Processing Center in Florence, Arizona.IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Mr. Madrid shall not be transferred from the Florence Service Processing Center unless the government provides advance notice of the intended move. Such notice shall be filed in writing on the docket in this proceeding, and it shall state the reasons why the government believes such a movement is necessary and should not be prohibited pending further court proceedings. Mr. Madrid shall not be moved for a period of at least 120 hours from the time the government dockets the notice described in the preceding sentence.
