By May 7, 2026, Respondents shall file a letter addressing the following: a. The statutory basis for Petitioner's detention; b. The basis for revoking Petitioner's Order of Supervision ("OSUP"), ECF No. 1-3;c.The process for revoking Petitioner's OSUP, including whether and when Petitioner was provided with notice and an opportunity to be heard (including, if necessary, translation or interpreter services) regarding the reasons for revocation;d.The name and title of the individual who revoked Petitioner's OSUP; ande.Whether Respondents currently possess travel documents for Petitioner to effectuate Petitioner's removal.2.By May 7, 2026, Respondents shall also confirm that Petitioner remains detained within this District, the Eastern District of New York, or the District of New Jersey, in compliance with the Court's administrative stay order. 3.
