MINUTE ORDER by Judge Philip A. Brimmer on 5/7/2026. This matter is before the Court on petitioner Mariano Guadalupe Paredes Medina's 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Petitioner shall, by overnight mail and email, serve respondents with a copy of the petition and this order on or before May 12, 2026. Petitioner shall file proof of service. Within seven days of service, respondents shall show cause why the petition for writ of habeas corpus should not be granted. See Yassine v. Collins, 2025 WL 1954064, at *1 (W.D. Tex.
