ORDER by Magistrate Judge Pedro V. Castillo: This cause comes before the Court on Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. (Dkt. No. 2 ). On May 7, 2026, the Court ordered Petitioner to identify any emergency or exigent circumstance that could not be adequately addressed by the expedited briefing schedule on the Petition and therefore requires a TRO.
